Eligibility and limited license

Covered products are intended for users aged 17 or older. You must also satisfy any higher age, authorization, or legal-capacity requirement that applies where you live.

BitInfinite grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use a product on a device you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Products are licensed, not sold.

Feature-specific responsibility

• Cleanup: review media, contacts, compression results, and backups before deleting, merging, or replacing anything. Similarity and duplicate suggestions may be imperfect.
• Media transformations: use only material you have the right to process and review generated output; it is not identity verification.
• Number search: use a submitted number lawfully and do not use the result for harassment, surveillance, impersonation, or unauthorized profiling.
• Radio access: station availability, streams, schedules, and metadata may change or be controlled by independent providers.

Where content stays on your device, you are responsible for protecting it and maintaining suitable backups. When a selected remote media feature is used, uploaded media and generated results are deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity.

Prohibited conduct

You must not violate privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, contract, or other rights; access data, devices, accounts, or systems without authority; submit unlawful content; introduce malicious code; disrupt a service; bypass payment or security controls; impersonate another person; misuse results; or reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute a product except where law expressly permits.

Marketplace offers and advertising

If a product offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, its duration, price, billing period, and included features are displayed before purchase. Manage or cancel through the purchasing marketplace account. Deleting the product does not cancel an active subscription. Marketplace rules and mandatory consumer law govern refunds.

Some products may display advertising, while others may not. An advertiser, station provider, app store, operating system, or other third party controls its own content, availability, terms, privacy practices, and account decisions.

Content and intellectual property

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in material you choose to process. You are responsible for having the required authority and for reviewing destinations before sharing or exporting. These Terms do not grant BitInfinite ownership of your private files.

Product software, interfaces, databases, documentation, text, graphics, trademarks, and design belong to BitInfinite Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property.

Updates, suspension, and termination

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature or product for compatibility, security, legal, marketplace, technical, or operational reasons. Access may be restricted for a material breach or credible fraud, safety, or security risk. You may stop using a product at any time, subject to separately cancelling any subscription.

Results, warranty, and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" and "as available." Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate because of device limits, permissions, source material, networks, and third-party services. A utility result is not professional security, legal, financial, or identity advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitInfinite and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of content, contacts, access, revenue, profits, opportunity, privacy, or device functionality. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, disputes, and general provisions

Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Permissions and consent required by law are requested separately.

The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If unresolved, it may be heard by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law, without removing mandatory local consumer protections. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues; failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for product, purchase, provider, security, marketplace, business, or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
