Material you deliberately provide

Depending on the product, you may select a photo, video, contact record, phone number, station, or other item for a requested function. Cleanup features may identify similar or duplicate media, compress media, or help merge duplicate contacts. A number-search feature uses the number you submit for the requested lookup; it is not a reverse-lookup service or public telephone directory.

Where a feature works locally, selected content and results remain on your device. BitInfinite cannot retrieve, restore, or delete content that it never receives.

Optional remote media processing

If you actively use a photo or video feature that clearly requires remote processing, the selected media and generated result may be uploaded solely to complete that request. They are deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity.

Media transformation does not involve facial recognition, facial templates, identity verification, or other biometric identification. The two-week limit does not apply to local files, contacts, support messages, marketplace records, or general security records.

Connection and support records

• IP address: may be processed when a website or product reaches an online service, including for delivery and security.
• Location: used only when a relevant function needs it and you grant permission; it is not described as a continuous movement history.
• Support: includes your email, message, and any attachment or diagnostic detail you voluntarily provide.
• Marketplace information: may include limited trial, subscription, renewal, cancellation, or entitlement status where offered. The marketplace controls complete payment details.

Operational purposes

Applicable information is used to perform the feature you selected, deliver a requested result, keep a product secure and reliable, answer support, recognize marketplace access, prevent fraud or misuse, meet legal obligations, and protect legal rights.

Some products may contain advertising. This does not mean every BitInfinite product does. An advertising or other third-party provider operates under its own privacy practices, and optional device permissions remain under your control.

Recipients and international processing

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, a user-requested remote operation, security, customer support, advertising where present, or marketplace entitlement validation. We may also disclose limited information for a valid legal request, fraud or safety response, terms enforcement, legal claims, or a lawful business transfer.

Providers may operate outside your country or region. Appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards are used where required. This Policy does not assign a particular storage country or dispute forum merely because of a company's registration location.

Retention map and security

Device-held content remains until you delete it, clear product data, manage a backup, or uninstall. Remotely processed media follows the two-week limit above. Support, marketplace-status, security, and legal records are retained only for their respective purposes and required periods. Independently operated providers apply their own retention rules.

We use reasonable access, transmission, retention, and organizational safeguards, but no method is completely secure. Protect your device and avoid sending passwords, authentication secrets, or unnecessary sensitive information to support.

Your controls and legal rights

You may limit selected items, revoke optional photo, contact, location, camera, or other permissions, delete device-held content, stop using an optional feature, and manage purchases through the relevant marketplace account. Uninstalling does not cancel an active subscription.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of a privacy decision. Limited verification may be required. We cannot delete information controlled only by your device, an app store, or another independent provider.

Age, legal basis, and changes

Covered products are intended for users aged 17 or older. A higher age or added authorization required by local law still applies. Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on performance of a requested service, consent, legitimate interests in security and reliability, legal obligations, or protection of rights.

We may revise this Policy for product, provider, security, marketplace, business, or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version; additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
